The NMC is thrilled to announce that the University of Edinburgh has joined the NMC member community. Located in the UK, the University of Edinburgh is a renowned higher education 
institution, named among the world’s top 20 universities. The recently published NMC Horizon Report Europe marks the NMC’s increasing interest in analyzing the uptake of emerging technology trends throughout the continent, and the University of Edinburgh is home to many outstanding examples of educational technology in action.
The University’s mission is the creation, dissemination and curation of knowledge. They do this by providing the highest quality learning and teaching environment for the greater wellbeing of our students. The University is organized by three colleges — Humanities & Social Science, Medicine & Veterinary Medicine, and Science & Engineering — and students can choose from 22 schools.
